Shipping Policy

At Acquaint Book, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, whether you're purchasing physical or digital products. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

 

Physical Products (Free Shipping in the US)

 

For orders containing physical products, we offer free shipping within the United States. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days.

 

Please note that we currently only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.

 

Digital Products (Instant Download)

For digital products, such as e-books or printable items, you will receive instant access to your purchase upon completing your order. After payment confirmation, you will receive link(s) to download your digital products in the thank you page of the checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days. Simply click the link to download your digital product directly to your device.

Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during checkout to receive your download link promptly. If you encounter any issues with accessing your digital purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@acquaintbook.com for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

 

We gladly accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with the returned or exchanged item. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return or exchange shipping. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

To initiate a return, please email hello@acquaintbook.com with your request. Be sure to provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

Exchanges

 

We gladly accept exchanges on physical products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with the item you wish to exchange. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we'll process and ship your new item. Please note that shipping costs for the item you wish to exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at hello@acquaintbook.com with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

 

Digital Products

 

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g. printables), all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our digital products.

 

Additional non-returnable items are:

  • Gift cards or e-cards

  • Clearance items

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
